Registration – FIRST Alberta

FIRST LEGO League Challenge Registration

To take part in the 2026-2026 season of FIRST LEGO League Challenge in Alberta, teams need to register within a league where teams will try to qualify for the Alberta Championship.

The payment process will not be part of this form. Once you submit your team(s) registration, FIRST Alberta will send you a QuickBooks Online invoice that can be paid by credit card, EFT, Interac transfer, or cheque.

All teams must be registered by November 1, and all fees (FIRST HQ registration fees [through the FIRSTInspires.org dashboard] and FIRST Alberta season fees) must be paid by November 15. The FIRST Alberta season fee is $375 per team. These fees support our local program, which provides teams with access to at least three events this season, including two meetups, one qualifier, and the Alberta Championship for the 24 teams that qualify.

All Youth Team Members are required to complete the online youth registration to participate in FIRST remote and in-person team meetings, events or competitions. This year, youth team members’ parents can sign the Consent and Release by scanning a QR code you provide, rather than needing to post their emails to FIRST. if you encounter any challenges with youth registration, please contact either Paula or Tamara for help with registration.
